The cell has started its functioning from 23rd February 2011.
Introduction :
To resolve the students' complaints received from the Wafaqi Mohtasib's Secretariat promptly, the present Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Nazir A. Sangi has established a full-fledge department "Wafaqi Mohtasib Cell" in February 2011. The Cell has been successful in resolving the students' complaints very amicably and in its firts three months, 200 complaints have been settled at initial level.
Objectives :
To process the complaints received from the Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat and to respond back after getting the report/comments from the concerned departments.To attend the hearing before the concerned investigation officers of Wafaqi Mohtasib by the Director/Focal Person on the behalf of the AIOU.To coordinate with the concerned departments of AIOU for implementation of Wafaqi Mohtasib findings. To coordiante with the concerned departments of AIOU for implementations of President of Pakistan in Wafaqi Mohtasib findings.To prepare the presentations/appeals to be filed by AIOU against nay findings/recommendations of the Wafaqi Mohtasib to the President, Islamic Republic of Pakistan with the help of para-wise comments/report from the concerned departments in consultation with registrar.
