It coordinates the administrative activities of the university. As such, it is backbone of the university. It works under the direct supervision of the Vice-Chancellor. The main functions of the Registrar Department include the formulation of Rules & Regulation for smooth and efficient working of the university; and to implement the policies relating to the Academic and Administrative matters.
