Treasurer is the whole time officer of the University appointed by the Pro-Chancellor of AIOU, Treasurer is responsible to:
a.manage the property, the finances and the investments of the University;
b.prepare the annual revised budget estimates of the University and present to the Finance Committee and Executive Council;
c.ensure that the funds of the University are expended for the purpose for which they are provided; and
d.perform such other duties as may be assigned to him by the Executive Council.
