I deem it an honor to be associated with Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) which secures a distinct place in the galaxy of Pakistani institutions of higher learning, and at the same time to lead the quality enhancement team of AIOU.

Since the AIOU has a special focus on distance education; hence, the QEC of the university aims at identification and development of parameters which are tailored to assess the quality of distance learning programmes.

In addition, the QEC is responsible for implementation of quality enhancement processes and quality assurance policies devised by the Higher Education Commission, Pakistan.
