Dr. Adnan Riaz
Dr. Adnan Riaz has been working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration for the last 18 years. He completed his PhD in Human Resource Management from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, Islamabad Campus, and later his Post-Doc in Human Resource Development from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, US. Under his supervision, more than 30 students have completed their research degrees. He has written four study guides and various case studies for graduating students to familiarize them with the contextual business and corporate environment.
He has over 45 publications in refereed journals and has represented his university in different conferences, including in Germany, the USA, the UK, and Australia, as a keynote speaker, conference chair, discussant, and presenter.
Dr. Adnan Riaz is coordinating different skill-based PGD programs that are aimed at developing students to cater to the needs of complex and changing business environments.
His areas of interest include personality, emotions, and various work-related attitudes, so he coordinates the courses titled Organizational Behavior, International Human Resource Management, Seminar in Human Resource Management, and Strategic Human Resource Development, to name a few.
