Program 

Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), a pioneer in providing accessible and flexible education, launched its Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) 4-year program in Autumn 2017. This comprehensive program was designed to meet the growing demand for quality business education in Pakistan and among overseas students. Initially offering specializations in Banking and Finance, Marketing, and Human Resource Management (HRM), the BBA program caters to the diverse interests and career aspirations of students.

AIOU's BBA program is delivered through the Open and Distance Learning (ODL) methodology, allowing students to pursue their studies without the constraints of traditional classroom settings. This approach ensures that education is accessible to a wider audience, including those who may face geographical or time-related barriers. The program's curriculum is meticulously designed to provide a solid foundation in business principles, coupled with practical insights and real-world applications.

In 2023, AIOU further expanded its offerings by introducing entry options for holders of 14 years of education. These options, in the form of BBA 2 and 2.5-year programs, align with the Higher Education Commission (HEC) criteria, thereby providing a seamless pathway for students to advance their academic and professional qualifications.

Through its innovative delivery methods and a commitment to excellence, the BBA 4-year program at AIOU continues to empower students, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in the dynamic field of business.
