In 2019, as per decision made by the Executive council, the Regional Office was shifted from Mandi Bahauddin to Jhelum keeping in view the geographical position, student facilitation and administrative boundaries laid down by the Government of Pakistan. The same year (2019), a Model Study Center was established at Mandi Bahauddin to facilitate the students of the area. MSC Mandi Bahauddin is working under the administrative control of RC Jhelum. Helpdesk, Computer lab and other facilities are available to facilitate the students. As per enrolment for semester spring 2022 is 8500, 2766 tutors are associated with RC and 11 examination centers are established under RC.
