Region History

Regional Center Mardan was established back in September 2014. Initiative has been taken to acquire land for own building near Mardan sports complex. Help Desk is fully functional to guide and council the students. Internet facilities is being provided to those students who visit regional center. Book stock available for Students facilitation at regional Campus Mardan. As per enrollment in semester spring 2022 7864, and 433 tutors are appointed and 6 PTRCs are associated with regional campus.13 examinations centers are established under regional campus mardan.

The Allama Iqbal Open University was established in May, 1974, with the main objectives of providing educational opportunities to masses and to those who cannot leave their homes and jobs. During all these past years, the University has more than fulfilled this promise.
