RC Moro was established on October 15, 1988. RC Moro comprises three districts Dadu, Naushehro Feorze and Nawab Shah. Sehwan, a tehsil of District Jamshoro is also a part of it. District Dadu consists of four tehsils, i.e, Dadu, Khairpur Nathan Shah, Mehar, and Johi. District Naushehro Feroz comprise three tehsils i.e., kandiaro, Naushehro Feroze, and Moro. Nawab Shah includes the four tehsils of, Daur, Qazi Ahmed, Nawabshah and Sakrand. The Building of RC Moro is consisted of three storeys. Two computer labs, a digital Library and a spacious Auditorium with the capacity of 200 audience are situated at the Lower Ground floor.  RD’ Office and the offices of the staff are situated at the Upper ground floor. This floor also has three big tutorial halls for the workshops and classes of the students. It has a big committee hall as well. The upper ground floor the third storey of the building also contains the rooms for the staff of the office and a big Video Conference Room. The building has a big lawn/open area on its backside with a stage for conducting events in the open area. A beautiful residence and guest rooms are also situated at the upper ground floor. As per semester spring 2022 enrolment of RC Moro is 4072, 320 tutors and 08 examinations centres are established under RC Moro.
