Mrs Maria Mustafa Malik
Ms. Maria Mustafa Malik serves as Assistant Professor and Focal Person in the Department of Psychology.
She holds an MPhil in Psychology and is professionally trained as a Clinical Psychologist, Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, and Licensed EMDR Practitioner and Consultant in Training.
Ms. Malik was the recipient of the Charles Wallace Visiting Fellowship Award in 2014.
She is committed to integrating academic scholarship with clinical practice to promote psychological wellbeing & to contribute to the development of evidence-based interventions in mental health care.

Project, Research Interests

Her research interests focus on qualitative and mixed method approaches within the fields of psychology and gender studies, with a particular emphasis on women’s psychosocial well-being and mental health.
