AIOU Heath Care Centre is functioning in a purpose built building with its dedicated team of professionals. The Health Care Centre has all the basic facilities available to provide medical assistance in an emergency. The centre besides providing medical assistance to faculty, officers, staff and students during office hours also provide the medical assistance and consultancy to residents of AIOU colony in the evening. The Centre is equipped with latest lab equipment for undertaking basic pathological tests and also ultrasound equipment to diagnose correctly before referring a patient to a tertiary care hospital. Two fully equipped ambulances remain on stand by 24/7 to serve the needy.
