The Center of Open Education in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan opened and Operates during support the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation in accordance with the goals and objectives of the state program «Development of Education» of the national project «Education».
The activities of the COE are aimed at disseminating and strengthening the position of the Russian language and education in Russian in foreign countries and Russia by providing access to courses in Russian and holding comprehensive events aimed at promoting, supporting and strengthening the position the Russian language, as well as promoting Russian science, culture and education.
